Yearly PRO subscription deactivated after a month

After one year using PRO subscription, I paid for a new year on march 28. But on may 04 my platform stop processing OCR. When I test the API over cURL I receive this response:

{“error”:“Request failed with status code 403”,“details”:“Your OCR API subscription is no longer active. See Renew subscription for details or contact tech support.”}

Someone has experienced this issue recently?. I reached out the support team yesterday by contact form, but till now I have not receive any response by them.
