I purchased a PRO license key but I am unable to activate it. When I enter the license key and submit, Ui.Vision shows a network error.
After investigating, I found that the subdomain goto.ui.vision is currently unreachable. According to isitdownrightnow.com, it has been down for more than a week and is down for everyone, not just me.
This subdomain appears to be used for license key verification, which is why the activation fails.
I’m following up on my previous report regarding the key activation issue. You indicated the problem had been fixed, but I’m still encountering the same error when submitting my license key:
“Internet connection required for activation. If you want to use the software on a machine without Internet connection, please contact tech support.”
My machine does have an active Internet connection when this error appears, so the message does not reflect the actual situation. The activation fails regardless.
Could you please investigate further? Happy to provide additional details or logs if needed.
