Successfully bought the OCR.space PRO plan with $30, but received nothing

Dear OCR.space Support Team,

I am writing to you regarding an issue with my recent upgrade to the PRO plan. I have paid for a one-month subscription, and the purchase was registered under this email address (202221012612@mail.scut.edu.cn).

Following the payment, I did not receive a new API key. When I use my original key associated with this account, the system still reports that it is on the free plan and subject to usage limits.

Could you please look into my account and either upgrade my existing key or provide me with the correct PRO API key?
