Hi Team, I’m experiencing couple of issues today while running with free ocr, I’m using engine 2 in my project but getting frequent API timeouts, Please let me know the issue is and I need a paid version for my project to work continously, Once my project is live i will process 1000 MAX per month, so let me know the cost for that

The free OCR API tier was overloaded earlier today, sorry about this. We are in the process of adding new OCR servers. So in a few days the situation should be better again.
We are adding new servers for OCR Engine1 and OCR Engine2. Both should have faster response times then.
Our PRO OCR services were not affected by today’s overload issue, as they run on different and more powerful servers.
