Our OCR Engine3 got an update today 
. You should see significant OCR quality and speed improvements.
We also added support for bounding boxes. However, for OCR Engine 3 the use of isOverlayRequired=true slows down the OCR API response roughly by a factor of 2-3 
. So we recommend to only request overlay data when you need it. The OCR quality itself is not influenced by this parameter.
As always, the updates are available on the free endpoint first. We always deploy to the free endpoint first, and then - (only) once all looks good and stable - update the PRO endpoints.
Note for PRO/PRO PDF users: You can use the free endpoint as well. Your PRO/PRO PDF api key and its much larger conversion and rate limit apply also to the free endpoint.
