OCR Engine 3 not using autorotate flag

Behaviour is same for both API and online version.

OCR Engine 2 will autorotate and recognize the text, but Engine 3 does not.

Engine3 supports autorate with today’s update. Note that OCR Engine3 does not need the autorate (detectorientation), scale or table recognition (istable) parameters, as it does these pre-processing steps automatically:
