Is there a way to send generic keyboard commands without setting a target on the webpage?
Ideally, I need {KEY_TAB}{KEY_TAB}{KEY_ENTER} in an infinite loop

In Kantu or any similar browser extension tool: Not possible for technical reasons (that said, we have plans to make it possible, stay tuned 
If you are on Windows, you can already do this with the SeeShell Browser. It supports sending all Window shortcuts.
